• Website orders or E-mail orders are accepted as purchase orders and followed up by an Account Manager’s telephone call. Our website is located at www. leadingedge.com.pk or you can E-mail your sales person at sales@leadingedge.com.pk

• Shipping Terms: All orders will be shipped out UPS Ground (FedEx upon request). Most shipments are shipped same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered to be next day. In addition to freight and insurance, each order is assessed a handling fee of $7.50 (in most cases).

• Payment Terms: Orders are shipped in any of the following: Prepaid, COD Money Order, COD Company Check (upon approval), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or Net Terms (to approved accounts only).

• Refused Shipments: If a COD order is refused, customer will be charged a $25.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus freight costs.

• Returned checks will incur a $35.00 fee.

• A 10% late fee will be incurred by term customers for late payments of 10 days or more.

• All customers are responsible for their own tax in their local jurisdictions.

• Past due accounts with returned checks will revert to COD Money Order or Cash Only Terms.

• Credit Policy: Established businesses with an order history may apply for open account status. Applications are available upon request. Upon receipt of the completed and signed credit form, it will be processed as quickly as possible. A negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account via our credit department.

• Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us either by telephone, email or fax of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

• Returns must be made within 10 days of your purchase receipt. Please notify your Account Manager as soon as possible.
